This kids' vest made from 100% South German virgin wool from sheeps called "Merinolandschaf" is ideal for the transitional season and a real must-have for all outdoor children. Thanks to the extended back, it keeps your child warm all round, while the stand-up collar provides additional protection from the cold wind. The practical zip makes it easy for even the youngest children to put on and take off. Two pockets also offer space for little treasures such as chestnuts, stones or other finds from nature. A long-sleeved wool/silk shirt fits perfectly underneath. On particularly cold days, it is also ideal as a warm mid-layer under a jacket.
This locwool collection is a labour of love by ENGEL in collaboration with local shepherds. As only limited quantities of regional wool are available, the number of items is limited. Find out more.

Handwash. Just swish the garment gently through lukewarm water (max. 30° C). Avoid scrubbing or twisting. It is very important that the same temperature is always used.
- Use a natural detergent, specifically for wool (pH value < 7) Do not use softener! We recommend the <a href="https://engel-natur.de/en/lanolin-detergent-1-x-0-5-liter/101161">lanolin detergent</a> for wool and silk from Ulrichs

Squeeze the product gently in a towel to dry. Pull carefully back into shape. Dry product lying on a towel – do not dry on a radiator or tumble dry.
