Shipping
The delivery is made via DPD or DHL. You can decide for yourself which parcel service you want to use. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs. Shipping to countries outside the EU is not possible.

Instructions for the Return Process – ENGEL Webshop
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please follow the return procedure below:
1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return items. Please note that items should be unused if possible, in good condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to you handling the goods in a way that is not necessary after checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
2. Place return: You'll find in your ENGEL parcel a return label with a QR-Code for a DHL link. Please complete this label carefully and add it to your return.
3. Scan the QR-Code on the return label to create your own DHL/DPD return label.
Exceptions for returns from Croatia and Malta: Please write an email to retoure@engel-natur.de, to receive a DHL/DPD link for the return label.
4. Packing the Items: Pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport. Make sure all parts, accessories, and the original packaging are included.
5. Send parcel: Print the received return label and attach it clearly visible to the parcel or present the QR-Code in your DHL/DPD Parcel Shop.
6. Refund: Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. This may take up to 14 days. Note: We share the return shipping costs with you – within Germany: you pay €3, we pay €3. For EU returns: you pay €9, we pay €9. These costs will be directly deducted from your refund. You don’t need to do anything else. Together, we support mindful shopping behavior – a plus for the environment. For justified complaints, we will reimburse the full return shipping cost.
