General information about gift vouchers and discount codes
Gift vouchers
With our gift vouchers, you can't go wrong – whether it is the birth of a child, a birthday or no particular reason at all.
You can find all the information about redemption and conditions here:
- Our gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Several gift cards can be redeemed per order (also in combination with a discount code).
- Gift vouchers bought online can't be used in the factory shop at the moment.
- Of course, any remaining balance does not expire: whatever is left remains on your gift voucher and can be used later. You can enquire about the outstanding balance at any time by telephone or email.
- If you return items that you paid for with a gift voucher, you will of course receive a new voucher for the corresponding amount.
- Unfortunately, a cash reimbursement is not possible.
- No minimum order value: you can use your voucher flexibly with any order.
Discount codes
We are delighted to be able to offer you attractive discount promotions from time to time - for example via social media, in magazines or in our newsletter.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly when redeeming your voucher, please note the following information:
- Each discount code can only be redeemed once.
- Only one discount code can be used per order. However, you are welcome to combine it with a gift voucher.
- Discount codes can also be redeemed in our factory outlet.
- Make sure that your discount code is still valid. You will usually find the expiry date directly with the respective promotion.
- Some discount codes are only valid for selected products or categories.
- If you return items, we reserve the right not to reactivate the discount code.
